Ingredients:

Ground turkey (any ground meat of choice!)

Cabbage

Carrots

Onion

ginger

Gelatin

Chicken broth

Dumping wraps(u can also make ur own )

Seasonings:

rubbed sage

toasted sesame oil

Fish sauce

Soy sauce

Salt

White pepper

Sesame seeds

Black pepper

Group nutmeg

garlic powder

Onion powder

Adobo

Hot crispy chili oil

Accent seasoning (MSG)

You will need a steamer for your dumplings! Trust! Tastes wayyy better steamed especially when they are made fresh like the ones I made ๐Ÿฅฐ.

Firstly, I would like to say that I used half of a lean ground turkey log, added all my seasonings: adobo, salt, black and white pepper, accent seasoning(msg) onion and garlic powder, rubbed sage,and toasted sesame oil Judy a splash so my meat wouldnโ€™t be dry ! I grate an half onion, some carrots and ginger. Finely chopped my cabbage and added all my veggies with my turkey.

To make the gelatin, you need a half of cup or however many dumplings you are making โ€ฆ bigger batch= more ingredients ! I used a half of cup of chicken broth and warmed it up for 2 mins and then added the broth into a separate container, added 2 packs of the gelatin mix very well! Place into freezer for 10-15 minutes โ€ฆ take out gelatin you can either cut the gelatin up into small pieces or just smash it up really good into your meat! (I was lazy so I just took the gelatin out the bowl put it with my ground turkey and just mixed and smashed everything up with my washed hands!)

Lastly u will need a cup/ bowl or whatever you have fill with warm water for your dumplings wraps. Take a dumpling wrap and dip your finger into the warm water and go around the wrap but not too much! U literally need a tiny bit of water, just so you can seal ur dumplings! Put a little of your meat mixture and let steam for about 6-8 mins.

I did have my stove top on medium heat and did not touch my dumplings at all! I let them cook and do their own thing! Also once you add the gelatin to your meat it is going to expand! I only used half of a turkey log and once I added the gelatin it was like I had used the whole log but didnโ€™t so do be mindful guys! ๐Ÿ˜‹ very easy and simple to make and really didnโ€™t take much time. You can make your own wrap by using Warm water and flour (look on yt for tutorial on making dumpling wraps) Everyone loved the dumplings especially my dad and sister!โค๏ธโ€๐Ÿ”ฅ๐Ÿฅฐ Iโ€™m most definitely going to make more with the rest of my mixture ๐Ÿ˜‹๐Ÿ˜‹

for my sauce I put on top of my dumplings were

a splash of everything! Fish sauce, sesame oil, soy sauce, crispy chili oil flakes and sesame seeds! ๐Ÿ˜‹๐ŸฅŸ๐ŸฅŸ Overall rating: 100/10! ๐Ÿ˜ฉ
