Homemade Chicken Tenders

Hello guys I haven’t been posting much but I’m back to posting now life been a roller coaster lately but it’s been a good one. ❤️

My daughter asked me if we could make chicken tenders and plus she loves cooking with me gives us some older daughter and mom time.

My family loved it and I hope you guys will too.

🥰Home Recipe 🍗

•I cut up 4 chicken breast into strips however big or small you want your tenders and season your chicken the way you like.

•I mix 1 and a half cup of milk and 1 egg together put to side.

• grab a bag add 2 cups of flour and whatever seasoning you like and mix together.

•warm your oil in a pan I use avocado oil.

•Dip chicken in egg mix first after that dip in flour.

•cook on medium high
