Easy danishes that can be remade with frozen or refrigerated puff pastry.
1 package puff pastry cut into rectangles
Filling:
1 block of cream cheese
1 tsp vanilla extract
Splash of lemon or orange juice
2 tbsp powdered sugar
Mix together
Score puff pastry on the edges, place filling and fresh berries of choice in the center, rub edges with egg wash and sprinkle of sugar
Bake at 400 for 12-15 minutes until golden or desired crispiness
Top with powdered sugar when cooled (or make an icing with powdered sugar lemon & vanilla)
