High Protein Cake Batter Ice Cream

No matter the season, I will be enjoying a protein ice cream 🤣

Especially if I don’t have to feel guilty for eating the whole thing!

This cake batter protein ice cream has 41g protein per pint & only 7g fat compared to store bought pints which are usually around 20g fat and 7g protein!

Recipe makes 1 pint.

P.s. You will need an extra 2 TBSP milk when using the ninja machine to make the ice cream!

I love the cake batter flavor because it tastes delicious without any extra mix ins! But, if I do add a mix in, I love Mothers circus animal cookies or sugar cookie dough bites 😋
