so proud of myself

SO this isn't something I'd ordinarily keep secret on instagram, I've had a fitness page since 2017 and I've documented pretty much every single scrap of information I've ever experienced throughout my journey. there was a point in time where this was SO beneficial to me and really kept me motivated and excited to keep going but in the past 2+ years I haven't been able to get it together consistently and I think part of that is the pressure to "impress" internet friends and strangers.

the reason lemon8 is different for me is that it's a tiny little platform I have over here compared to on instagram and so far I've avoided any negativity over here where on instagram I've had both negativity and unsolicited advice about how I should be eating or exercising which always throws me off and makes me want to give up and I'm so determined not to let that happen this time so I'm protecting my peace 🤍

I have had success with ww in the past but right now I'm tracking calories only along with exercise. I'm also making sure to incorporate water, lots of protein, fruit, and vegetables into as many meals as I can and eating larger meals and less snacks.
