✰ BULKING- Calorie Surplus to add weight & muscle to physique

✰ COMPOUND- Exercise that targets multiple muscle groups (squats, hip thrusts, bench press, deadlifts)

✰ CUTTING- Calorie deficit to reduce body fat & body weight from physique

✰ DELOAD- Lifting lighter/ Reduce volume to give muscles a break

✰ DROPSET- doing multiple AMRAP sets and

lowering the weight after each failure ( little

to no rest period)
