Full Week of Gym Fits 👟

If there's one thing I love more than the gym, it's my gym fits. I have one for every mood I have lol.

The gym isn't a fashion show BUT having an outfit on that you feel confident in will transform your workout and leave you feeling good. There is a saying that goes "look good, feel good" I like to add "feel good, lift good" as a second part to it.

My fits will look different than yours, I personally like to be comfy but also dopamine dress (bright colors to produce happy feelings 😊 )
