Having Anxiety❤️‍🩹

Heyyy boo💕 thank you for reading my #Lemon8Diary Thank you for being non-judgmental and allowing me to be vulnerable and un-cut. Humans aren’t perfect and on social media I feel as though everyone tries to be. But on this app, it feels safe enough to express that I’m not perfect.

Emotionally sometimes I can be a wreck. I have anxiety, depression waves, and overthinking happens more often than not. Sometimes I feel so down I have no words to express the way I feel. So I would grab my iPad and sketch a resemblance of how I am feeling✍🏽 It helps to see things as they are❤️‍🩹 rather than hiding it💔 it feels good to have an app where I can share things and vent as if this was just a big group chat of security and safety💕

I am content with life and appreciative of all my many blessings and accomplishments🥹 sometimes you just wake up and have a bad day 5 days in a row. Nobody is perfect, and it took me forever to finally understand that I am not alone. There are other beautiful souls out there who feel the way I do sometimes. I like to believe that those people are extending their arms out to me because they feel for me❤️‍🩹 which is why I extend my arms out to all of you beautiful souls reading this, who may be going through something of their own at this moment, or maybe even just having a bad day/week/month.

Just know you’re not alone and I’m always open to a vent session or maybe even just being a listener❤️ or maybe even just a friend🤞🏽thank you for reading this far, and for those who didn’t, it’s okay maybe it wasn’t meant for you, but I’ll still extend my arm out to everyone because nobody is perfect and we all need someone in our corners❤️‍🩹
