Ingredients:

- 1 package of Italian sausage (smoked or your preferred type)

- 1 cup of cottage cheese (seasoned with Italian seasoning, pepper, and salt)

- 1 or 2 jars of your favorite spaghetti sauce

- 1 box of noodles

- Mozzarella cheese

Instructions:

1. Cook the noodles according to the package instructions.

2. Cut up the sausage and fry it in your skillet.
