🥑avocado toast
a five min breakfast that’s so customizable!! I love to add eggs & feta for protein, arugula/mixed greens, lemon juice, & lots of fun seasonings
🍌greek yogurt bowl
this one is my current hyper fixation—I’m more of a sweet breakfast girl, so yog bowls have been such a filling, satisfying breakfast for me !! plus greek yogurt is protein packed, & having so much fruit + seeds in the morn always gives me amazing energy for the day without making me feel bloated
🥐croissant/pastry & coffee
rule #1: always respect your hunger cravings !!! some mornings, nothing sounds better than a bakery pastry & coffee—and that’s normal ! I do like to add a protein bar with it usually or some sort of protein to build a more sustainable breakfast, which I recommend for satisfaction & fullness
🥬kale & eggs
this is my go-to for when my fridge is mostly cleaned out lollll but it’s always so yum & full of protein + greens !! I enjoy adding some toast w butter or pb for some carbs & healthy fats
