STUDY TIPS from a Duke Student 👩‍🎓

As a student athlete here at duke, here are my TOP TWO FAVORITE study tips!!!

1. Minimize distractions -> out your phone away from you or put it in airplane mode to stay focused!!!

2. Take breaks every 30 minutes (5-10 mins) and reward yourself with a snack, but try to remain off of your phone)
