Rating Viral Handcreams

My hands are perpetually dry, and can get cracked during the winter. There is always a hand cream in my purse, and I’ve tried many over the years.

My favorite is Aesop, it’s such a beautiful formula with skincare benefits that goes past moisturizing. My favorite of the scents is Reverence, but they are all great.

Trader Joe’s comes in at a very close second. I picked up this 3-pack a few weeks ago and it’s been so convenient. I drop them in several bags and keep a few at work. I’ve purchased the full size seasonal and permanent versions of the hand creams, and I’ve loved them. They perform equally if not better than L’Occitane.

I don’t really enjoy L’Occitane hand creams, I’ve tried a few over the years. They are definitely overhyped and overpriced, and the scents are soooo outdated. I bought a rose scented travel hand cream and it’s the type of rose scent from 30 years ago. I would never repurchase this. I tried all their other scents in store too, they seriously need a new perfumer to update the scents of entire line of hand creams. I was surprised to learn they don’t have an unscented version of the Shea butter hand creams, which they definitely need as a skincare brand.
