TRADER JOES - My Thoughts

I’ve seen a lot of controversy lately on social media regarding Trader Joe’s and I think that all points are validated.

Hear me out though…

Trader Joe’s does produce “organic” food selections but organic does not always equal healthy.

Plus, I love TJ for different and VERY specific reasons than most people.

- I love how relevant they are through holidays. Just like the heart shaped pasta in the picture. It’s just so cute. And for people like me who slowly moves into the holiday, and has a hard time “getting into the spirit”, products like that encourage me to do so. Not even just holidays but seasons too! Remember the Brazilian body line from Summer 2023?! YEAH!

- Look. Life be LIFE-ING 😂 as a mom, full time content creator and entrepreneur, those quick convenient meals that so many people argue about, has saved me so much time on NUMEROUS occasions. Though I wish I had the time to prepare and cook meals in the kitchen daily … that’s just not my reality so Trader Joe’s Quick Meals it is!

Now I wouldn’t recommend solely eating the frozen meals from TJ, I do think that it’s a great option for busy days during the work week!
