I wish I knew this earlier. Do you agree with it?

My company claims to offer unlimited PTO as a "benefit," but in reality, it's a complete scam. Many companies use this tactic to avoid paying out unused PTO at the end of an employee's tenure. It's time to call it what it is: "no guaranteed PTO." It's hypocritical for companies to expect honesty from their employees while making false promises. Imagine if employees claimed they were willing to work unlimited hours, do unlimited overtime, and be on call 24/7, but then underperformed. Companies would not tolerate that behavior. It's time for them to be transparent about their policies and stop deceiving their employees.
