Let’s get straight into it!

Ingredients

- 1 lb ground chuck (or beef)

- Butter

- Seasonings: garlic powder, onion powder, pepper, salt

- Brioche buns

- Cheese

- Favorite burger toppings

Recipe

1. Begin by seasoning your ground chuck (or beef) and rolling them into medium sized balls. Be sure not to make them too compact.

2. Place them in the fridge to allow them to get cold.

3. Heat your griddle to medium high heat and add a dollop of butter.

4. Take your meat out of the fridge and apply to the griddle with a piece of parchment paper on top. Use a spatula to smash them until they are less than 1/2 inch thick. Remove the parchment paper.

5. Flip after about 45 seconds or until they no longer run pink.

6. Top with your favorite cheese.

7. Add your favorite toppings and enjoy.
