What I Eat In A Day

Happy Tuesday! I got up before the sun to do my workout before bringing my son to school. Absolutely loving it. It’s basically just intervals on the treadmill but it feels really good. Tomorrow will be a rest day or I might do a run outside I don’t know. Eating was ok today. I have to be honest I do not like those Alani shakes. I am a Fairlife girlie thru and thru! Plus I need the chocolate ones so I can make my protein coffee. Today was a good day. I got some fun news which is a change in my life 😂 I hope you’re all having a great week 🩵
