What I eat In a day

Happy Monday. Ooof we had a rough night. Well me and my mom did. Neither of us could sleep last night so after I dropped my son off at school we both went back to bed and then I woke up and showered so I could get ready and go to the post office. So we got home around 12:30 and then had some brunch. I saw the number on the scale today and wanted to cry. Happy tears! It just keeps going down and I know it looks like not a ton of food but I’m honestly not starting my day until the afternoon so 😂I guess it’s like Intermittent fasting but unintentionally. I’m still miserable with this cold. I feel better but I’m just so congested. I hope I’m better tomorrow cause we want to go thrifting and then Wednesday I have to go to the dentist 😭 I am so scared of the dentist so not looking forward to that but these cavities won’t fill themselves! Also look at my little sprouts in my plants 🥹 I always love seeing them pop up 🩵
