This will make 7 mini pies!
INGREDIENTS:
1 pkg refrigerated Pillsbury pie crusts
Apple pie filling
1/4 c melted butter
Crushed biscoff cookies or cinnamon
Sugar for topping
Optional caramel and whipped cream
INSTRUCTIONS:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cut 3β rounds from each pie crust. Brush each with melted butter.
Top half with crushed biscoff and a sprinkle of sugar.
Scoop about 1 tbsp apple pie filling in the center of the other rounds.
Place the biscoff rounds on top of the pie rounds and seal with a fork.
Bake for approx 20 minutes but be SURE to watch your oven and keep and eye on them.
Remove and cool. The pie will seal shut a bit more as they cool.
If youβd like to heat them back up before serving, place them in a toaster oven.
Top with caramel and whipped cream
