Hereβs the cookie bar info!
* 1 package of Pillsbury Ready to Bake Limited Edition Salted Caramel Apple Cookie Dough, room temperature
* 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
* 1/4 cup salted butter, melted
* 1/4 cup rolled oats
* 1/4 cup brown sugar
* 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
* 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
* 1/2 cup caramel topping
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Line a 9β³ square dish with parchment paper and spray it with baking spray. Itβll make it easier to pull the bars out.
2. Press the cookie dough into the bottom of the pan. Itβs much easier if itβs room temperature. Make sure itβs an even layer.Β
3. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until itβs light golden brown on the sides. Remove it from the oven and let it cool slightly.
4. In a bowl, mix the flour, melted butter, oats, brown sugar, cinnamon and chopped walnuts until it becomes a crumbly mixture.Β
5. Drizzle the caramel sauce over the baked and slightly cooled cookie base. Sprinkle the crumble topping over the caramel layer.Β
6. Bake for another 35-40 minutes or until the cookie layer is completely cooked and the edges are brown and crispy.Β
7. Let the bars cool completely, slice, and then serve!
