Summertime Snack Mix 🌊☀️

I found the M&Ms at Cracker Barrel but any color would work :)

5 c Rice Chex

1 c white chocolate, melted- I used Ghirardelli White Melts

1/2 c powdered sugar

8 Oreos- Cotton Candy or Golden Oreos, chopped

M&Ms- any flavor, ideally summer themed

In a medium bowl, add the Rice Chex and stir in the melted white chocolate. Make sure it’s evenly coated.

Transfer it to a large ziplock bag and add in the powdered sugar. Shake the bag so that the sugar covers all of the cereal.

Pour the cereal back into the bowl and add in the Oreos and M&Ms.

Serve in cups if desired!
