Mini Easter Egg Cake Cups! 🐰

I found the cutest baking cups and decided to make mini cakes. The whole recipe is in my Spring Magazine, and here is a breakdown.

I used a doctored carrot cake mix, vanilla buttercream tinted pink, pastel sprinkles, and Easter decorations.
