It can be hard to prioritize your tasks and stay organized with strict time limits when you feel so overwhelmed. Allow me to take the plan and stress away with these two alternatives to schedules broken into 40 minute focus blocks.

One block per subject to efficiently work through your tasks in an orderly manner. I have built-in an extra 40 minute window for you to catch up on any work. You did not complete during a prior designated time.

This keeps you moving from task to task, including a 40 minute buffer. For anything not completed during the previous timeframes!
