What are ANKI cards?

Anki is a flash card service utilize by thousands of med students across the country. It incorporates various studying methods, and builds memory through space repetition.

Not only are these cards popular, but they are also highly lauded by the American medical Association. While many of my classmates use these cards to study, I personally have never utilize them before. I prefer to make my own cards and spend the time creating them as a way to learn and retain information.

Many students swear by these cards, however, I have been able to succeed without them, and at this point in my academic career, I do not feel the need to switch up my study methods!! This may change when it comes to studying for my board exams in a year or so, but for the moment I prefer to utilize creativity and making my own study resources, rather than utilizing premade ones.

I will say, that the cards I have seen used are highly detailed, beautifully designed, and come from a reputable source.
