Hey all my fellow FAFSA applicants!

This year’s FAFSA has been nothing short of confusion and stress inducing! Between all the changes being made, and the delayed deadline, it has been very difficult to keep up with financial aide.

Here is was you NEED TO KNOW:

The FAFSA has been delayed due to a complete revamp in the system! Not only has the deadline been pushed back, but colleges and universities are aware of the delay and are working with students to ensure that there is time for aid to process before payments are due. If you are concerned for your own financials reach out to your college’s financial aide office for personalized help.

The FAFSA is expected to be open to all by December 31st of this year! Ideally, giving students time to complete it before returning to class in the new year.

The FAFSA website has a ton of easy to read information for all applicants and is free to access for all!
