Day 2🍋 : Day One or One Day?

two words…two sentences…two meanings

stop saying “one day” and start saying “this is day one”…what are you waiting there is no perfect time to start to better yourself…so start now…stop making excuses…stop waiting for the “right time” and just do it (I know its easier said then done which is why im here to show you it’s possible)

today was day two of my journey towards bettering myself…and day two of the lemon8 diary challenge

recap: today i ate breakfast/lunch which i usually never do…most days my first and only meal is dinner…additionally (if you saw my last post😉) i completed one of my short term goals which was to clean my depression room (as i am someone who struggles horribly with mental health) so im crossing that off my list…
