EASY Shrimp Tostadas

I found this recipe on Pinterest & it could not have been an easier lunch. It took 15 minutes!!!

1. I like to buy fully cooked, peeled, devined, tail OFF shrimp, it cooks super quick. I season with salt pepper & some chili powder (not too much it can be overpowering).

2. My favorite tostadas from Aldi. So good & NEVER broken in half.

3. Spread any type of guac, I got a basic one, I didn’t want any flavored ones or spicy ones to be overpowering.

4. Add the shrimp, I like the cut mine up, my boyfriend at his whole on there & liked it just as much!

5. Add pico & ENJOY!!! Seriously so good & so light for lunch.
