FINDING FRIENDS IN A NEW CITY

Finding friends in a new city is one of the hardest things ever!! Especially when not being in person at college, & working remotely… I spend most of my time with my boyfriend or roommates and not making an effort to meet people.

It feels like my freshman year at college again…. And it’s literally so weird and humbling going out in Scottsdale/Tempe and seeing so many cute friend groups.

I moved to Arizona and within the last 8 months I haven’t made the effort to try and make gfs.

I feel like the only way to meet people organically is through work or going out.

(Don’t get me wrong I love going out and having fun but unless I’ve pregamed… I hate socializing and get the worst anxiety ever)

I’ve tried bumble friends and it’s so hard for me to want to go hang out with someone I barely know because it scary and tbh it honestly feels like dating.

I would love to connect with you guys if you’re in the area and want to go out + take cute pics, grab coffee + thrift, Pilates/yoga or even make content together <3
