Bloating has been deemed inevitable in society these days, but it truly doesn’t have to be!! Bloating has everything to do with your gut health, and when you bloat it’s your bodies way of telling you something isn’t right internally. It could also simply be a symptom of your cycle as well, so no need to get down on yourself! It’s natural!

If you are looking for ways to combat bloating, these are some things that have helped improve my gut health and bloating. I do all of these things each morning for a great start to the day.

1. Morning movement. Moving your body each day is a great way to get your metabolism started and kickstart digestion for the day. It gets your heart rate up and makes you feel good!

2. Bone broth on an empty stomach. Drinking a cup of bone broth each morning is excellent for digestion and your gut health. It is also filled with collagen which helps your hair and skin health. It is high in protein and your gut will thank you!

3. Sea moss gel. I take 2 tablespoons of sea moss gel every morning which is a great source of vitamins and minerals that help with immunity and digestion.

4. (Not required) but I love getting a morning coffee! It is always good to treat yourself to something you love every now and then.
