If you’re looking for an ab workout to add to your current workout split, you have come to the right place!
I like to train abs after each lift, even if it’s just for 5-10 minutes.
Along with floor or pilates ab circuits, cardio is another great way to get a core workout. Running on the treadmill and using the stair master are some of my favorite ways to train core. Lifting also engages your core and is a great way to tone your abs as well!
These movements shown above I like to do in a circuit of 3 rounds for a total of 12 minutes.
1. Leg Raises
2. Scissor Kicks
3. Plank
4. Mountain Climbers
Some additional tips for a toned stomach are to eat whole, healthy, non-processed foods and do stomach vacuums in the morning and evening before bed! Try these tips and let me know what you think!
