I have a busy week, and not too much time to meal prep so I wanted to used my air fryer make a quick, healthy prep, where I know everything will be so good every time.
Air fryer potatoes:
-Preheat your airfryer to 400
-Add olive oil, salt, cajun, smoked paprika, garlic powder, red paper flakes (if you wanted a little more of a kick), onion powder, pepper, rosemary.
-Put in your air fryer at 400 for 13 minutes.
Air fried chicken bites:
-pat your chicken dry after you clean the, & cut into cubes
-Season with salt and pepper, paprika, Tony’s, onion powder, minced, garlic, and fresh thyme. Add oil and mix the seasoning in real good
-Put in your air fryer on 375 for 13 minutes
Broccoli:
-Season with salt, pepper, I like to add red pepper flakes
-Added into a hot pan of oil, butter, and some minced garlic
-Drizzle some lemon juice on top
-Cook on medium high heat for about eight minutes until It’s done
-Add Parmesan once they’re finished if you want some cheese!
