Salmon ceasar salad jar preps 🥗🫙 (with details)

This one is super simple. So me personally, I like tomatoes and red onion in my Caesar salad to give it a little something extra. But it’s not necessary.

I chopped up some Romain lettuce, topped with shaved Parmesan cheese, pepper, and some salmon. (To get your cubes cut up neat, cut your salmon before you cook it) I wanted mine to be cooked evenly so I put myself through the hassle of cutting it afterwards.

For my croutons, I cubed up a baguette, coated it with olive oil, Italian seasoning, sea salt, and pepper. I put them in my air fryer, it only took four minutes on 400°. They came out perfect😮‍💨🤌🏽 You can just put them in a Ziploc bag, or an airtight container afterwards.

• I add my croutons separate from the jar, so they don’t get soggy in the refrigerator.

• I don’t usually let these sit in my refrigerator for more than about four days.

• I pour my dressing at the bottom of the jar for convenience.
