What I eat in a day {with details} 🖤

I feel like I make the simple breakfasts… my man go ‘oldschool, somebody grandmomma, dirty up every dish in the kitchen, you ain’t gone wanna do sh* but lay down after you eat it’ breakfasts😭

Lunch was so good, & so easy. So lemme go head and give y’all the recipe for the salmon:

-remove the skin, and cube it.

-soy sauce

-sesame oil

-honey

-sriracha

-garlic powder

-paprika

-ginger

-pepper

I wish I could give measurements but just go w ya gut, mix it in, let marinate 20 minutes, spray the air fryer with oil and cook on 400 for 6-8 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through. Don’t let em overcook
