Ginger Turmeric Shots can be SO beneficial to help give your immune system a boost👏
& instead of buying them, I wanted to make them at home for my husband and I - so let’s breakdown how I did it.⬇️
🫚 Ingredients:
1/4 Cup Chopped Ginger (peeled or unpeeled - your preference)
1/3 Cup Lemon Juice
2 Teaspoons Water (coconut or filtered water)
1/2 Teaspoon Ground Turmeric
pinch of black pepper
✨ Step by step:
- Start by washing your ginger, then cutting into small chunks - peeled or unpeeled works since we will be straining the juice at the end (this helps them fit into the blender so doesn’t have to be perfect)
- Add ginger chunks into blender along with other ingredients listed above
- blend until smooth
- strain (very well)
- drink!🫶
