Healthy Meal Inspo | nutritious & yummy!

Here’s some of my recent meals that have really hit the spot 🙂‍↔️ I focus on protein, whole foods, and adding color to my plates! This is what makes me feel good and fuels me 🍽️

1. Chickpea broccoli stir fry in a teriyaki sauce with tempeh and white rice.

2. Lemon dill tofu and potatoes with a yogurt dill dip and tomato salad with fresh tomato, arugula, and red onion.

3. Red pepper pasta with a cottage cheese based sauce (recipe on my insta, it’s INSANE) with arugula and zucchini.

4. Fresh tomato salad (recipe on insta), with steamed broccolini and butter garlic shrimp!!
