I am constantly struggling with my body image and constantly look back at old pictures and think if only…

But the truth is she also thought she needed to loose weight. She also struggled. She was constantly clinging to ideas that just weren’t true. She deserved to love and enjoy her body. And so do I.

3 things I love about my body:

- I am so strong, I throw couches around at work like nothing

- with that ^ I have nice muscle definition in my arms and legs

- I love my brown eyes
