Feeling Frustrated with this PCOS Belly!

this PCOS belly is the WORST! It's so uncomfortable and just feels like it's permanently inflated, even though I swear I don't eat that much! Anyone else out there struggling with weight gain around the middle despite a seemingly decent diet? Feeling like a permanently pregnant person here!

I have a medicine appointment at the end of the month to see if that can help, but in the meantime, I'm at a loss. Any tips or tricks for reducing this stubborn belly fat with PCOS? Diet changes? Exercise routines?
