A book I’m terrified to read

Beautiful yet brutal: Can I handle the emotional punch of “A little life”?

A Little Life is everywhere on Bookstagram… A friend of mine also recommend this book and I decide to give it a shot. And I must say, this book is a powerhouse of emotions. It's beautifully written, but let me warn you, it's not for the faint of heart. It tackles some incredibly difficult themes. You'll need many tissues tbh.

A literary gem… But at what cost?

Seriously, I don't think I've ever cried this much over a book. But before you write it off, hear me out. A Little Life is beautifully written, and the story… well, let's just say it's unforgettable

Okay, maybe crawl into bed with a vat of ice cream isn't the best post-reading activity, but this book wrecked me (in the best way possible)

The more I learn about the character, the more my heart ached for them.

Look, if you're looking for a light, skip this one, But if you want a book that will challenge you and leave a lasting impression, A Little Life is worth it. Just grab some tissues (seriously, so many tissues), and maybe some ice cream for after.
