MY EXPERIENCE OFF THE PILL

I was on birth control for 7 years before I finally came off of it.

When I got on the pill I originally just wanted to heal my acne because I had struggled with my skin for so long.

While the pill did cure my acne, it gave me so many side effects that I didn’t even realize at the time.

I didnt notice I gained weight so easily until I got off the pill and realized I had so much more muscle definition and water weight that practically melted off me in two months after stopping the pill.

While I was on birth control I used to get so frustrated at my lack of gym progress because I knew I was doing everything right, but couldn’t seem to progress in any way.

I also struggled so hard with negative thoughts while I was on birth control and I didn teven realize how bad it was until i got off.

It was like a cloud over my brain got lifted and I suddenly realzied how dramatic I could be at times, and I suddenly found myself thinking so much more logically about even the smallest mishaps

Overall I feel so much more stable and content since being off the pill, and I feel so happy that I took the leap to get those hormones out of my body
