I have 2 huge recommendations for two podcasts I listen to weekly that have made a difference with anxiety, mental health, and the way I handle and see things.
My top one is “unf*CK your brain” with host Kara. She has over 300 episodes helping you navigate your anxiety and the thoughts in your mind.
There’s hundreds of categories and topics she speaks about and helps you get through- from grief to toxic thinking to religion to motherhood. She covers absolutely everything.
The second podcast I deeply recommend is “The Anxiety Chicks”
With hosts Alison, who is a holistic anxiety healer and Taylor who is an RDN and mental health advocate.
These two have a large range of episodes helping you through your anxiety, helping control panic attacks, different forms of mental health diseases, and a large range of guests who have BPD struggles, insomnia, disorders.
And a large array of guests who have different techniques like hypnotherapy who speak about their practices on the show.
