✨First non negotiable for me that has helped immensely starting out is investing in the proper boards and risers to fill space instead of filling it with only food. If you can't afford it right away that's ok baby steps I know I've taken them !

✨Two I always ask the theme of the event and colors they'd like to go with. If you ask more then that I've been questioned on my credibility if I could get the job done!

✨Three Prep, Prep, Prep Make sure all cheese, salami rivers, bread is all prepped at least two days before the event. The more you practice prepping more things in advance the easier it gets!
