I'm so bummed that I actually didn't get a chance to mention that I will always use @columbusmeats salami. They are absolutely amazing and hopefully one day I'll get to do an actual charcuterie workshop with them too 🤞🏻!!

As well as @boursincheese is an absolute win with flavor and creativity for charcuterie workshops and I will forever use them!!

This Charcuterie Workshop was my very first workshop that I hosted on my own with rented space through @peerspace and it was just a great experience stepping out of my comfort zone I wish I could take the hostess of the rental space too I'll have to find her!!
