i don’t even know where to begin.. we had the BEST BURGERS of our lives 🤯 at this unassuming little store in zhongshan, taipei 🇹🇼

i will FOREVER be thinking about these burgers.. 💭🤤💯 (nothing in sg can compare 😢) here’s what we ordered:

🍔 𝑴𝑰𝑳𝑲 𝑪𝑨𝑹𝑨𝑴𝑬𝑳 𝑱𝑹. (𝑺𝑮𝑫 $9)

this was hands-down the best thing i ate on our taipei trip 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼 we chose the beef option & the patty did NOT disappoint!!! 🥩 initially i found the caramel sauce slightly sweet, but grew to love it by the end of our meal ❤️😋 all the ingredients paired really well together with the buttery buns 🥯

tried the pork version of this! coated in garlic sauce 🧄, the burger was more savoury than sweet (compared to the caramel one above) & the runny yolk 🍳 further elevated the taste 🤤🤯 garlic fans — you MUST try this!!!

this burger joint is situated in the hip & trendy district 🎧🤘🏼 of zhongshan, a short 5min mrt or bus ride 🚆 away from taipei main station! super accessible & i loooooved this area as well, could easily spend a day shopping & eating here! 👍🏼

really cool & hip design inside the store, with both bar & normal seats 🪑 i especially loved their posters & typography 🖼️ they also sell some merch like tshirts & hoodies 👕 in store!!
