We are all into fitness now aren’t we? Pilates princess here, gym junkie there. I got mine fixed at Lab studios the past month and I LOVE the whole idea that I can get all my movements fixed there >> Pilates, yoga, barre! It can be tough to find a studio that encompass all movements in one studio. 💗

LAB studios have variety of classes available like

📍 I frequent LAB studios, the one at Stanley street. First level is your Pilate reformers. They have shower rooms and vanity too. Not the biggest vanity I’ve seen but it gets the work done! Oh but the shower is good though!

I usually book 2 classes back to back Pilates reformer then Yoga/barre. A killer I know. Once I’m done with Pilates, I’ll head above to the second level to get more calories burned. This level is similar to the first level, just that the studio is catered to yoga/barre (no machines!) they have toilets and vanity area too!

Unisex toilets

But they don’t provide towels, so bring your own! If not you can purchase their embroidered towels at 15sgd.

I love the instructors and staffs there! 😋They’re super warm and keep the classes at a suitable pace for people of all levels to keep up. A great place if you’re looking to get all your different type of movements done!

Oh they are also opening their Thompson outlet in Q3!!! Nearer to home! All 5 locations are pretty accessible now and i can pop by after work!
