Here is another episode to share in what I have tried for my meal prep recently and what are my thoughts of it!

I tried the Tyson grilled tendor chicken as a meal prep and let’s take a look at the nutrition breakdown Meal prep calories

1. 100g chicken tender = 145 kcal; 18.3g protein

2. 100g spinach = 24kcal (minimal)

My personal thoughts of Tyson grilled tendor chicken? It is a real go to if you are lazy to prep for the usual chicken breast cause for this grilled tendor chicken, it’s really juicy and you don’t have to marinate before hand!

Just heat up using the air fryer for 6-8 mins in 200C and you can serve it together with some veges for a balanced meal! For me, I boiled my spinach for 5 mins and sprinkle some Kewpie roasted sesame dressing for a little taste of flavour!
