Free ✨wellness✨ activities in Sentosa!

Sentosa is having a ZENtosa LiveWELL Festival from 10 June till 9 July 2023! There's a series of activities that covers 5 aspects of wellness:

1⃣ PlayWELL - Active workshops such as muay thai, spin class and yoga 🧘‍♀️

2⃣ BondWELL - Family-friendly activities such as scavenger hunt ❤

3⃣ FeelWELL - Transformative art installation + art workshops that explores emotional wellness 🧠

4⃣ RestWELL - Spa/massage packages that rejuvenate your body and mind 🧖‍♀️

5⃣ EatWELL - Explore nutritious food in Sentosa 🍴

❣️Personally went to FeelWELL part - started at Fort Siloso and went up the skywalk. There are signs along the way so don't worry! The art installations were in 3 tunnels - pretty cool how the place was transformed. There were reflective probes along the way regarding our mental well-being too (':
