imo BEST hair salon+WHY to get balayage done here👱🏼‍♀️

Wanted to usher 2024 with a new hairdo/colour in 2023 and I had to WRITE & SHARE the BEST experience I’ve received with this #hairsalon

The whole EXPERIENCE exceeded my expectations and here my review 💭 💯

STAFF

• upon my arrival, I was greeted by this super welcoming lady at the reception

• she quickly brought me to a empty seat, had small chats and started what I would like to drink.

• gave menu and I choose a hot drink ☕️ (red date Logan) bcos Ik it’s gonna be cold.

• then proceeds to bring a whole loads of snacks platter for me to enjoy. There was so many options to choose from sweet to savoury, mini cakes, cookies and practically everything you could ever ask for.

THIS IS LIKE A MAJOR WIN ALREADY?! NO?!

✔️💯 to a salon that feeds and treat you like a princess 👑 👸🏽

HAIRSTYLIST

• non relevant but he’s just the tallest stylist I ever gotten Ahhaha!

• chatted up with me and what I’ve done with my hair previously and then started with a hair analysis.

• super attentive and thoughtful service from him throughout the session and tells me what a N or Y. I actually wanted a surprise so I gave him the freedom to do what he thinks suits me best!!

It’s a risk but knowing that I’ve checked out his works before, I know I’m in good hands.

Told him no NOGO colours hahaha and started the treatment shortly after!

TREATMENT

• whole session was meticulously taken care of by the hairstylist.

• he made sure every strand is perfectly dyed or coloured to get that great ash balayage!!

• bleaching is required and he also shared aftercare + maintenance tips.

• super helpful guide for #myfirst timer bleaching my hair.

I SUPER LOVE IT

INTERIOR

• level 1 is typically packed and slightly cramped. But you still a good spacing between you and the next customer.

I just felt cramped for that hairstyle bcos they are the ones moving and getting around haha

In summary, this whole hair experience with Picasso at Bugis outlet was GREAT!!

The service given and the thoughtfulness of the staff, the meticulous and nice hairstyle and the whole vibes of this place is definitely givinnnng’

I love it and I’ll definitely recommend my friends to come over here as well.

Wen ze even gave me a hair serum to take good care of my hair 🥺 thank you so much!

I can only say that they genuinely treat their customer super well and I can now understand why the salon is pack all the time and there was both new & regular customers.

Those who are pondering for awhile now, this is your sign to get your balayage here! You won’t regret for sure:))
