Apple Ring Pastries

So I grabbed some puff pastry, apples, caramel and some whipped cream .

Peeled and took the middle out of the apples and coated them in some caramel .

Wrapped the puff pastry around them and baked them at 350°f for 10-15 minutes until apple is soft , pastry is crispy and golden brown . I served them with whipped cream. So easy and delicious .
