Cheeseburger Fried Rice

I actually made this with leftover rice I had but you could just make some in your rice maker fresh .

If you do make it fresh let it sit and cool with the lid on while you cook the meat .

I cooked the ground beef till browned and drained it. To give it that burger taste I added some beef seasoning, onion , Trader Joe’s pickle seasoning, pepper and some mustard .

Added in my rice and mixed it . Then made a hole in the middle and added the whisked 3 eggs and scrambled it in the pot

Shredded a lot of cheddar cheese over it and let it melt .

Served with some onions pickles bacon bits (optional )and some thousand island sauce .
