Cheesy Chorizo Potatoes

This is one of my favorite budget friendly weekend breakfasts to make or sometimes as a Brinner .

Chorizo $2.00 ( I actually only used half )

All purpose seasoning ( pantry ) I got this one at Sam’s club I like this brand of seasoning

Cheese ( less than a $1 worth used )

Eggs I used 3 the whole pack was $4.50 so really only $0.75 cent

potatoes $3.00 for bag you only need to use some depending on how many your feeding . It’s a nice cheesy homey breakfast and perfect for the weekends.
