Iโve visited Ramen Nagi for at least 10 times. As a ramen lover who have tried out dozens of ramen spot in LA, I can safely announce that this is one of the best ramen place in LA.

When you first come to Nagi, itโs highly likely youโll be greeted by a long line. ใMajor Green FlagใDoesnโt matter if you go to the Century City or Arcadia Mall location. Thereโs always a line unless you go there at 10:55 AM before the store opens. My friend and I went to the Century City location at 8:35 PM last night and we still waited for 20 minutes before we were handled the ordering sheets (P2).
When youโre in line, you order on the ordering sheet ใMajor Green Flag*2ใwhich is probably the closest thing we can get to the โramen vending machine ordering systemโ in Japan.

There are only 5 options, but each of them is an absolute bomb! Nagi specializes in a rich, savory, thick pork bone broth. You canโt realize taste the โpiggynessโ of the broth. All is left is the flavor. You can also customized salt level, oil level, w/o green onions, the softness of the noodles, etc.
My fav is the spicy red king and the black squid ink.
We also ordered the gyoza. It looked nice but quite bland. Would not recommend.
